robisnewobsession.com is run by CHECK full name, trading as CHECK business name PFA, a sole trader registered in Romania.

Email signups. When you sign up for the weekly email or ask for a free resource, I collect your email address, the form you used and tags that say what you signed up for. Kit (ConvertKit) stores it and sends the emails. I use it to send you what you asked for, my weekly newsletter and the occasional update. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). Every email has a one click unsubscribe link, and you can ask me to delete your data any time.

Purchases. Products are sold through Gumroad, the merchant of record: Gumroad takes the payment, charges VAT, sends the receipt and delivers the files, under its own privacy policy. Gumroad shares your name, email and order with me so I can help you. Legal basis: performance of a contract (article 6(1)(b)).

Analytics and hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data like your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. Legal basis: legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies. YouTube videos only load from youtube-nocookie.com after you press play.

I never sell your data and I don't use it for ads. Kit, Gumroad and Cloudflare are based in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. CHECK

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent any time. Email me and I'll reply within a month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Refunds

All products are digital files that you get instantly after paying, so all sales are final and I don't offer refunds. By buying, you agree to get the download straight away and you accept that the 14 day EU right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download is available. CHECK Confirm Gumroad shows this consent at checkout.

What you can do with the files

Unless a product page says otherwise, you get a personal licence:

Wallpapers: use them on your own devices. Don't share, resell or redistribute them.
Creator tools (LUTs, presets, templates): use them on your own photos and videos, including paid client work and monetised videos. Don't share or resell the files themselves.
Guides, kits and apps: for your own use. Don't share or resell them.

Every photo I sell is a real photo I took. No AI images, no stock.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site, mostly on the My Setup page and in blog posts, are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the shop may pay me a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only link to things I actually use. If I ever get a product for free or get paid for a review, I'll say so in that post or video.
