These terms apply to robisnewobsession.com and to the digital products I sell. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

Who I am

Buying a product

Products are digital downloads: wallpapers, looks (LUTs, presets, PowerGrades), guides, templates, AI tools, apps and kits.
Checkout happens on Gumroad, which is the merchant of record. Gumroad's terms apply to the payment itself, and Gumroad charges VAT where it applies and sends your receipt.
Prices are shown in euro. The price at checkout on Gumroad is the one that counts.
You get the files right after payment, by download and by email from Gumroad.

What you can do with the files

Unless a product page says otherwise, you get a personal, non transferable licence:

Wallpapers: use them on your own devices. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, or use them in products you sell.
Looks (LUTs, presets, PowerGrades): use them on your own photos and videos, including paid client work and monetised videos. You may not resell or share the files themselves. CHECK Confirm this is the licence you want.
Guides and templates: for your own use. Do not share or resell them.
AI tools and apps: for your own use under the instructions that come with them.

All photos, text and files remain my property. "Real photos. Never AI." means every photo I sell was taken by me.

Updates

When I improve a product, buyers get the update free through Gumroad, as long as the product is still sold.

Free resources

Free resources are given as they are, for personal use, under the same licence rules as the paid version of the same type.

I try to keep everything here accurate and working, but I cannot promise it is free of mistakes or always available. Advice on cameras, software and gear is my personal opinion. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; I am not responsible for their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU or Romanian law. Apart from that, my liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and I am not liable for indirect losses. CHECK Have this checked.

Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania, unless consumer law says otherwise. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. CHECK Confirm the ODR reference is still required.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one live on the day you bought.
